The police, who reached village Chhatriya Pura in Fatehabad area of Agra on a complaint of illegal occupation of land and construction, are accused of pushing both the parties while making them sit in the car and slapping the youth. Its video has also gone viral. ACP Fatehabad is investigating the matter.
According to the police, Radheshyam was carrying out construction work on the disputed land. When Ganpati Singh started opposing this, an altercation started between the two sides. Then Manish from one party called the police on dial number 112 and informed them. Policemen of PRV 27 reached the spot. The policemen started taking Ganpati and Radheshyam in the car to take them to the police station. Then Radheshyam’s son Dharmendra forcibly started sitting in the car. It is alleged that when the police personnel took him out, a scuffle broke out. During this time a constable slapped him. Someone made a video of it and made it viral.
In the matter, ACP Fatehabad Girish Kumar said that the police had reached the village after receiving the complaint of land dispute. Where people from both sides are being brought to the police station in a car. Then a scuffle started, the video of which is going viral on social media. The case is being investigated. Further action will be taken after investigation. Inspector in-charge Devendra Kumar told that the police had come to the police station with both the parties. The dispute is being investigated.
